So glad that we came across this place as we were driving to the plaza. Did a trial and kids loved it and still are! Owen and Dan are amazing with the kids, must say they have a lot of patience dealing with my 5 year old. Both are caring and have supported my little one with some issues at school as well, I am in their debt forever.
They have a good combination of bjj, muay Thai and mma. Perfect for every kid to learn some self defence.

I am over the moon with DNA . My daughter has ASD and and can find verbal instructions a bit challenging. The instructors total catered for this with amazing visual cues that my daughter picked up straight away and as a result, she now has two stripes on her belt and her confidence is soaring.
This is the best thing I have ever done for my daughter and I can’t say enough good things about DNA MMA .
The adult classes are also amazing !! It’s fun for the whole family. The environment is so welcoming and you get a sense you a part of the family.

Would highly recommend Dustin as a coach, very knowledgeable guy with lots of experience, goes very in depth and shows techniques carefully so students are able to understand what he is trying to show, no matter what ability or how much experience you have he will work hard and focus on making you improve, from first hand experience and coming from having no JJ grappling training he taught me lots and for that I am very great full.

Great hidden gem which is founded by people who love to teach properly and have passion for helping students. There are no Meatheads around unlike other gyms which I have been to. There is genuine interest by the teachers to spend their time and improving yourself as a human being. Great bunch of guys and girls.
